I am currently half way through completing a course with The Pivot Institute and have been not only impressed with the course content but with it's interesting and engaging delivery. All dealings to date have been friendly and accommodating. The team didn't miss a beat in adapting to delivering the course via ZOOM once the COVID-19 pandemic hit, a real credit to them all.

I have used Pivot personally and professionally, booking in my team and myself on multiple occasions for many years. I have alwaysfound Pivot provides A class training with wonderful, helpful lecturers who are knowledgeable, professional and always willing to help. The delivery of training is relevant, current and tailored to the needs of the individuals and the group with humour and support always on hand. Thank you and I will be back!

I've recently completed my BSB41419 Cert. IV in WHS with The Pivot Institute. Returning to study after 10 years had me feeling anxious about my capacity to complete the units required but the team at TPI were fantastic to work with. The quality of the course materials enabled me to work remotely at my own pace. My Trainer-Assessor (Peter) provided excellent support to me during my RPL evidence gathering. I was offered a regular weekly time slot to review progress and answer any queries that had arisen. My out of schedule email and phone queries were answered promptly, often within hours. Can't fault any aspect of my experience working with The Pivot Institute team, highly recommended.
